Where is the Science Center?

I got blocked here, and cannot find the ♥♥♥♥ center.....Science Center, any one could help?
btw, this is my first post, why I cannot add pic into, really strange...

should be under the operations buildings. pretty sure there are maps in the campaign(tutorial) it's not available or built already though.

Hi, Meewec, you r right, i m still in the campaign Washington.
there are 4 buildings( medical, response, control and arrival) in operations buildings, no science center here, the task requires science center... and so I m stuck here....

i just did washington to remember what it was, you can hire scientists without the science center for that mission

I am stuck here. I've got an Allosaurus with a broken leg and a disease. I have two scientists and it requires 3. It wants a Science Center but there is no option to build it. I can go no further.

I'll mention that the Allo is at 70% comfort and the mission requires 80%. I suspect maybe I have to go back to a previous save and attempt to capture the Allo again. I'll setup the enclosure first so he doesn't break his leg on a fence...then maybe I can get him to 80% and the tutorial can continue.

You dont need a science center to hire scientists, not in the campaign, not anywhere. Now, if you want to RESEARCH, thats another story and you need a science center. I didnt try but im pretty sure you can build a science center in that mission, because its an essential building. The op must be doing something terrible wrong if he cant find it.

Hello, I just played the mission again and you can´t build the Science Center. It says you have to hire 3 guys with medical skill of at least 3. But there are only 2 spots to hire. So I hired 2 guys with a combined skill of above 5 and the objective was fullfilled. Hope this helps :)

* above 3 but I hired a +2 and a +6. Im sure a medical skill of 3 should be enough

Any one stuck on this I just worked it out after 2 hours! Basically you need to let the All* Dino break out of the cages to get their comfort up to 80% for the 30secs and then you can pass the first part, once you build the palo research centre you need to fire one of the scientists and make sure you hire one with +3 wellfare and you can then treat the dino and then last part is to get them back to 80% comfort where once again you let it break out and you will get the mission passed :)

That because the pens as set up on the map are too small.
