Transport Helicopters Won't Appear and I'm Desperate for Help!

I am roughly 50 hours into my recreation of Jurassic world and I've encountered a game breaking glitch. I released a Dimorphodon into my aviary and later wanted to sell it. When i tranquillised it and had it set to be sold, the transport helicopter never appeared on the map. I saved prior to seeing this and now have a frozen dinosaur on the ground, forever waiting for a helicopter to show up. I've reloaded the save, relaunched the game, and even glitched a carnivorous dinosaur to eat the Dimorphodon. No matter what happens, the green flair and dinosaur wont budge. No solution I've found has resolved the issue. I'm afraid i have to restart my whole sandbox map because of this stupid glitch. Frontier just has to add a "Cancel" button to selling dinosaurs (similar to cancelling tasks with the MVU and Capture team), but from what I've heard, this glitch has been here since day one.

If there is no in game solution for this, is there a mod i could download to fix this issue? I've put in so much effort in this sandbox and i'm not willing to part with it yet.
