It was cool having some form of campaign story here. Maybe they could build a game with a deeper story, i imagine involving more weaponized dinosaurs being used against you and your parks. Kinda like a battle with a secret dark organisation.
> Rally Point For Hatcheries
Tired of slow or small dinosaurs getting butthurt from lack of environment that they would find if they just went around the damn enclosure already and stop walking in freaking circles. Works like an RTS. Click "Set Rally Point" and then click somewhere in the enclosure, and dinosaurs spawned from that hatchery will walk/run/swim/skadoodle to that point immediately after their little hatchery animation and start building their territory from there. Now your Intelligent Dilophosaurus will no longer immediately plan an escape because she didn't walk 10 feet to the watering hole.
> Auto-Configure for Shops
I don't need to say that configuring shops for max profit is not exactly the most thrilling part of the game. Unless you're manually setting specific conditions for headcanon/lore reasons "hehe these nature lovers better enjoy Korean BBQ" there's not much to gain from it. Give us a button that automatically configures the shop for max profit using the available modules. An "Automate" button to have it periodically update with changing guest population wouldn't be bad either.
> Scientist Search
An alternative to the "Refresh Candidates" option. Spend extra money to search for scientists with specific stats. Minimum skill levels, specific traits, salary limits, etc.
> Viewing Platforms have a view radius all around them rather than a circle far out in front
JPOG behavior. Shortens their range, but allows them to view dinosaurs all around them rather than on a single side. Binoculars upgrade can be researched to increase view range (For all attractions. Also JPOG behavior.) I never really use Viewing Platforms in JWE1 or 2 because they suck. Remote viewing domes completely outclass them.
> Clear indication as to which dinosaur is considered a "Scavenger"
One way to do this would be to put the type of dinosaur in its stat page. Another way could be to hover over the line item in the target dinosaurs Liked/Disliked field and see all dinosaurs that fit that category. I.e. "Scavengers" will list all the Scavenger dinos. "Small Aquatic" will list all the Small Aquatic dinosaurs. Etc.
> Dinosaurs Avoid Tour Paths
Put one of them Invisible Fences under the track and set it to like 10% so dinosaurs no longer fall asleep on top of the track and block all 37 tours because the big dumb diplodocus doesn't want to wake up and gtfoutta the way
> Assign Ranger Team To Auto-Repair
A way to automate Ranger Team response to damaged or broken fences/buildings. This would really be better handled with a dedicated Maintenance Team, but I'm working with what we already have for these suggestions. Dedicate one Team to Maintenance so they automatically go out and fix things, no longer tending to Ranger Posts or doing Status Checks. Can still manually control when the Ranger Station has no power, or there are more important things that need fixed immediately i.e. fences, or you need to dodge some loose carnivores (because of the fences)
> Expand Money bar to show current income.
I often take the "Improve your park's income" contract just to have an up-to-date view of my park's actual income rather than having to click on the bar and open the whole window. Let me do that any time. Same thing with like Guest approval, ticket sales, amenity coverage, etc.
> Larger Terrain/Terraforming options for Sandbox
A way to paint VAST areas of forest, water, hills, flat, dirt, sand, etc. for Sandbox mode. Alternatively, "Fill" options for Forest, Water, or Random Elevation (noise pattern makes random hills, etc.)
I think they have vastly improved hunts from the first one, but I think they can still be improved to look better, especially the pack hunting. It might have been more primitive but I still think the JPOG raptor pack hunts looked better than what we got in JWE2 and they should try and make them more like that, rather than an herbivore standing there letting the carnivores take turn jump on and slashing it to death (which the pack hunts still looks like even though they can fail and prey can escape now.)
And even though it was pretty rudimentary, another behavior JPOG does that JWE still doesn't have is territorial battles, which is funny because JWE2 actually simulates territories while JPOG didn't.
