Some bugs and issues
After playing for a good +50 hours, I noticed a couple things that seem buggy;

The biggest offender, in my opinion, is dinos simply "freezing" in place and slowly starving and dehydrating to death. It seems that those dinos are also untouchable when it comes to trying to tranquilize and move them. Seriously, the tranquilize hit will count and the bar is at 100%, but the dino just won't flop over. Now I found a fix for this, which is simply to reload the save file, but why does this happen at all?
The same sometimes happens when you try to move them back from the medical facilities back to their enclosures. I'll press the "Move Dinosaur" button +10 times and the game still won't register it.
My guess is that this happens when you play on max speed and dinos simply "bug" out after a while. Also noticed this happening with guests, saying it's "too crowded", but when I check my management view, everything is always perfectly fine.

Ranger teams will also cry that something is unreachable, so you send the second Ranger to said destination and suddenly Ranger 1 will follow Ranger 2, which is just a waste of fuel and time. NOTHING is in the way, the terrain is flat (as Rangers seem to not deal with hills very well) and I checked everything.

Dinos will also sometimes just teleport out of enclosures?? All fences are intact, the gates are shut and I have a double gate system in place, but somehow some herbivores somehow just chill outside of the fences on the border of the map and also freeze in place. They don't count as an escaped dino either, so I usually only start to notice these magicians when it says "Low Health" due to them slowly starving/dehydrating. Always seems to be only herbivores too, specifically Para, Edmonto and Maias. Never had this happen with any of my carnivores.

I've seen some old threads that mentions these issues too, but other players usually just start attacking OP for posting about this. So if you have nothing nice to say, please just move on. I'm welcome to answer any questions and hearing out tips to "fix" these issues, but just stay respectful man.

I have had all of these issues as well and have seen some other threads too. Try posting on the forum to get more attention. I had to put down the game after a while because it was so frustrating having to reload every 15 minutes because my dinos would get stuck all the time.

I also find that my performance is terrible. Running less than 25fps on a 4500 RTX and it doesnt matter if I set it to very low settings it doesnt change.

BTW reloading the save from the main menu resolves this temporarily.

The game is quite buggy. Even worse, a couple of bugs (freezing and starving to death for example) are in the game since release. Frontier never managed to fix them. And now, it looks like the development of the game is over = No new patches and the bugs will stay.

The issue with the ranger team: The bugged vehicle is stuck in the parking lot and can't get out => The path finding error. The only workaround i have seen, is to not add a second vehicle.

The "teleportation" bug is another old bug. The animals simply walk/phase through all kinds of barriers. The animations do not have collision checks => If certain walking/running animations are triggered too close to a wall, the animal will just glitch through the fence. As far as i am aware, there is no fix. You can only reduce the number of animals and therefor reduce the probability.

I have witnessed exactly that just yesterday with my Paras. They started their socializing animation pretty much right next to the fence and both just phased through it. Interesting to witness, but awful if you don't and suddenly the dinos get uncomfortable and cause chaos
