It's so annoying. But then I gotta waste resources and build twice as many Ranger Facilities to solve the problem.
That will make things worst. If you play on sandbox, my advise is to deactivate completely the need of rangers to do status checks and do everything else manually. Unless you want to spend half of the play time checking on ranger teams and mvus. Every day that passes this game has more and more broken mechanics and unfortunately in a year it will be completely broken and unplayable.
And, don't listen to that guy too much... he's complaining all the time in a very exaggerated way which is close to bare nonsense... just have a look around here in the latest threads, you will get it.
The game is far from unplayable, it fact it's working really good for me now. I had issues with crashing in the past but lately no crashes (for about 40 hours playing time now) and only few issues like this one (in one single game) and overall it's very enjoyable for me now.
I never had any issues with crashing. Only some disappearing cursor, but I found out it won't disappear if I open a browser in the background. Weird but it works.
You are advised.
Even in the official forums, finally all the kids are reaching a point where they are angry to keep playing a complete broken game.
But again, of course you are not going to get so many bugs in the campaign/chaos theory/challenges. Those are short, and pretty straight forward and very limited. You are probably not going to experience so many bugs in there.
But sandbox... its another story. And keeping in mind sandbox is the main atraction of this game... well. Build a decent park in a square map, and tell me if your dinosaurs dont freeze, or rangers go awol, or whatever. lol. Its a pure circus.
And what has to do crashing with everything else?????? sigh, we are talking about broken mechanics not if someone has a terrible operating system setup completely dirty and the game crashes because of it lol. This guy, seriously, avoid him at all costs.
It was the distance of 2 lagoon spaces away from the Response Facility with nothing between it and the lagoon. Yet the same Ranger team could travel halfway across the map without issue. Go figure.
LOL. It happens ALWAYS in the moment you have a second ranger team. And it happens sometimes when you only have one. Frikkin fanboys, sigh. Im so tired of finding a kindergarden in almost every single steam community :p defending crappy companies and broken products. And some people wonder why videogaming industry is so broken.
It's preposterous that this is not fixed.
I hate park simulator and just cheesed myself through the first one to be able to have a nice sandbox experience.
Here, I tried the player file from WondersGtaGaming, but he simply cheated through all the challenges.
Checking the completion times of them and seeing that they got completed within 15 minutes is just an annoyance I cannot bear.
So I continued to play the challenge legit all by myself. But this issue is so utterly annoying, I really don't get why this game is so broken.
It has nice textures and animation. Outside of the missions and challenges which are totally redundant to me it is quite nice to see the dinosaurs roam around.
But still... When you want all skins unlocked for sandbox there is no way to avoid the challenge modes.
So I try to do my best completing these, but I possibly never reach par time.
Which might not be that bad, as at least everyone else can then try to break my time (which shouldn't be that difficult).
Also does anyone know if the challenges which do not advertise their unlockables really do NOT have any unlockables?
I guess these are DLC maps.
