"Scavengers"?

I noticed in some dino/carnivore descriptions that they "like" - Scavengers. does this mean all small meat eating dinos? Thanks.

Compy, Ovi, Moros, and Ceoleophysis have all been moved into a new category called scavenger. For tiny carnivores. They cannot walk through water btw, so you can use that to make neat open enclosures
