Check, check, check, check, check and... hmm. Well, not 100% sure about Amenity Capacity. I haven't checked. So overcrowding in the amenities damages guest comfort?
Transport: getting around the park. Monorail and paths.
Restroom: Restroom coverage (if that wasn't obvious)
Shelter: your Emergency Shelter coverage
Accommodation: your food, drink, and gift shop amenities. (Make sure each one is also configured correctly for the kind of guest it is receiving.) Hotels might be in this one as well.
You need 90%+ score in transport, restroom, shelter and accommodation for 90%+ guest comfort. Ignore amenities.

Use ur management view (left panel, 3rd button from the top - so u can easily find areas with transport/shelter/restrooms discomfort. As for accommodation, just build hotels if it's less than 90%.
Ah, Accommodations! Those are part of Comfort, but Amenities AREN'T? Geez. They aren't making it easy to figure this stuff out - I didn't even know that view existed. Well, that's probably it - I've only got one small hotel. Was going to wait to build more 'till I could research the big one, but... yeah, gonna plop down one or two more and see if that solves it
