Report a translation problem
You might need to unlock the earlier Staff Improvements research nodes if you haven’t already, before you can do the 3rd one to get the scientist capacity boost. Select your scientists to start the research and then once it’s done go back to your park and click on the Staff Centre, tab over to upgrades and then choose scientist capacity to apply it.
After some improvements you might need to build more staff centres then, to hire more scientists.
Also, you just copy and pasted that from some random article on google. Literally zero help what so ever. That article doesn't even know what it's talking about.
Can ANYBODY whose actually gotten the number of their Scientists from SIX, to EIGHT chime in? Anybody?
If you have unlocked all the Staff Improvement research nodes, then build them. Staff centers can be found in your Operations tab (same as Response facility)..
