isla sorna site b bug
Perform a manual check on the Triceratops. Approach the dinosaur switch to binoculars. Binoculars don't work!!!!!!!! I'm pushing every button and nothing!!!!!!!!

Binoculars work in sandbox. Does not work in Chaos theory. Game over! Can not continue...can not get a refund!!!!!!! This sucks! How do you report bugs to devs?

I recall the check on the trike being a tad fiddlier than it should.

you can try to reload the map, restart game or restart the whole mission from beginning.
for some reason i noticed that, if you play longer than 45-60min the game becomes a bug, glitch and fps drop fest.
maybe my pc is just too weak for this game, but i am sure i cant be the only one to noticing that...

Okay I finally got it. It's one specific Triceratops. I kept aiming the binoculars at any Triceratops. You have to aim at one individual.

Yeah, sounds like your PC can't keep up. I usually play for around 3 hours at a time.
