As a bonus you should get some nice infamous carnivores to help attract Adventure guests,
Yes fire your scientists get reach a positive income, it's the only way to do it. But after that it's stupid how difficult it becomes. Every 10min or 15 you have a storm with 0 income and 0 stars, every 20 your beasts get sick everytime it's something else and if there are to many Dinos in the same place you can't put them into quarantine to make the research, so EVERY single one shall die......I always complain when it's to easy, but this is not hard... it's Just ridiculous how insane it is.....
If you are interested in guides I have a playlist with videos of me beating all the challenge maps on the highest difficulties. They play somewhere between let's plays and guides but they will give you a good picture on how I started all my runs.

Totally.
And if it's "too hard"....maybe try it with a lowest difficulty? ;)
So far, I agree with Mazore. The start is the hardest part but once you get some cash coming in, it's relatively smooth sailing from there on. You'll need to have a reasonable build order for the early game though and, if you're still struggling with setting up a profitable park, then practising on a lower difficulty first is probably a good idea.
My experience so far:
Canada. Probably the toughest start I've played so far because of the higher scientist wages and research costs. Right at the start, having the spare cash to put a whole 100 fuel in a generator rather than 50, feels like a big achievement. :) Lots of photography and using the freebie Brachiosaurus right from the start were the keys here.
Germany. Very forgiving financially, mostly because the 100% genome requirement for new dinosaurs slows things down a bit. If you're making any sort of profit at all, you'll be accumulating a decent bank balance between dino unlocks. Germany is much more of a park layout test - you have a total of ten species to use, so you need to choose wisely. Top tip: the mission description is a bit misleading - there are a couple of high Appeal aquatic reptiles you can use, or flying reptiles if they're your thing. Disease management is a bit of a pest too - keep a quarantine paddock handy for the early to mid game until you've researched a bunch of cures.
United Kingdom. Beginning is tricky (I highly recommend the Steam guide) but after that, this map is straightforward. You should have at least two sets of freebie dinosaurs by the time you're done with the start, possibly a third and, if you want, a fourth. They're only Coelies, so not exactly high Appeal, but they don't take up much space either and any Appeal helps to start with.
Storms are rougher than usual, so if you'v been used to using basic fences for everything (since happy dinosaurs don't escape), you probably want to go back to using stronger fences, make sure you have backup power for every paddock, and maybe put down a few more Rangers than you've been used to using, so you have some spare teams for quick damage repair.
