How can you use acse console commands?

In this video the guy can spam animals without the need for farms, I want to learn but I didn't find much information on how to use the commands because when I activate the console I can't write, and it takes up a lot of my screen, I mean, it doesn't work out the same for me. the video.

i guess that guy on youtube used third party software to make this console commands work.
i wouldn’t recommend you to do this, you can mess up the game files and worst of all infect your pc with malware.

be a good dude and simply play the honest way :-)
