Twitch Stream 04.10.25 - A conversation with Resh'an

Hi there!

In todays Twitch stream Sabotage casually played through the beginning of "The Messenger" After 30 minutes they left suddenly while showing a rather interesting cutscene. The ported Thierry (Creative Director) and Resh'an into "The Messenger" having a conversation.

This could be important lore for either the upcoming "Throes of the Watchmaker" DLC or their next project.

Since I don't know how long this stream will be online or if someone is going to upload it on YouTube, here is the transcript of the conversation:

Thierry: ...

Resh'an: You've been avoiding me.

Thierry: The work hasn't stopped

Resh'an: A circus adventure, really?

Resh'an: Do I have to remind you of what's at stake here?

Thierry: We found a lead and we're following it

Resh'an: I told you already. Everything of significance in their arc was in Book 2.

Thierry: You were wrong. There's more to Meloria
-> "Meloria" is written in purple. Sabotage used different colored text in Sea of Stars. "Great Eagle", "Moyara", "The Twins" were all purple as well. Implying this color is reserved for friends/allies.

Resh'an: You're wasting your time. Your job is to get everyone on board.

Resh'an: Do they even understand why he had to die? Where he went, and how he was able to return?
-> "He" is written in yellow. Of the top of my head the only yellow text I remember in Sea of Stars were the "Sands of Time". Resh'an and Aephorul are talking about it in a flashback scene.

Resh'an: And despite all my efforts...

Thierry: You thought Living Glass would earn you the rank, didn't you
-> B'st was given living form by Resh'an through "Living Glass".

Thierry: Ovate of what, Resh'an? Don't you see it's a matter of heart? You're just in it to fix your own problem.

Resh'an: So, you're turning against me.

Thierry: We're lifting the veil. Your perspective is incomplete.

Resh'an: Project Sparrow?

Resh'an: I saw your notes, but you won't be able to see the past beyond my writings.

Thierry: We'll see. For now, perhaps you should keep an eye on this "circus adventure". You might learn a thing or two.

Resh'an: And perhaps you should know your place.
