Crash on launch

Get the splash screen with the two characters and game freezes at that point. Tried several times and always crashes at the same point.

I've had the same thing happen. Verified files to no avail. :(

UPDATE: Issue is resolved. GPU Tweak was causing almost all of my games to crash on opening. Just had to end task in the manager.

Turns out my issue was that I have a corsair mouse. This is usually only a problem with Bandai Namco games, but if I unplug the mouse on launch and plug it back in after the splash screen it seems to work fine.

I can confirm that deleting the .dll file worked for me with PC Game Pass.
