I wanna hear their voices!!

Playing the demo again I notes a Very Very subtle sfx when the characters are talking, those classic beeps and boops for each letter, like Celeste.

But it's way to quiet!! I really liked that the pirates sound very quirky, but I can barely hear the others. Please either add a separate slider for this effect or give it a bump on the volume, brings a lot of personality to the characters.

There is an option in the audio settings called 'Dialog Bloops Volume' - that's probably exactly what you're looking for.

Seriously? This is even an issue? This game is a throwback to a SNES game.Its NOT going to have VO. The game would lose its charm if it did.Then people would complain its not Japan VO.Its got Nintendo bleeps.No of off.Read and enjoy.

No, apparently they can't; you included. This isn't about Voice Acting. They want a higher volume on the Dialogue sound effects that play when text is appearing. It was (apparently?) louder in the demo and there is a setting in the sound settings menu to increase it's volume.

I really hate people who are dismissive of others opinions on this.
I am dyslexic, I prefer my games; especially an RPG with tens of thousands of lines to be voiced. It is downright awful having to read for hours on end.
