Completed all question packs in both casual and expert and no reward

Am I doing something wrong? I keep reading I have to complete all 11 question packs to get a Flimsy Hammer as a reward, but I have completed all of them (more than once to be sure) and still I get nothing (not evenn the achievement in steam of completing all quizzes). Anyone knows what might be happening? Or is it a bug?

There are 2 marks next to each question pack, the one on the right is the pro rank mark (the one that matters). You have the pro rank mark on all 11 packs?

Yes, I can provide a screenshot later, but I have all the silver and gold medals. Later today I will be doing all expert question packs again just in case, but they all show as completed. In fact I already did the true ending and it's my only flimsy hammer left.

Curious. I know I completed them all on casual first, but I can't imagine that mattering. My troubleshooting instinct jumps to wondering if there isn't an innocuous missing pack in the middle somewhere, but otherwise I'm as stumped as you are.

I just realized I can't post screenshots here, but yeah, I have given up. I will keep an eye on patch notes to see if they fix something that might be related to the issue. Thnaks for your insights too :)

Casual first wouldn't matter. I tired completing an expert first one time to see if it'd all give me the casual and it didn't. Otherwise, as I didn't have the issue, I can't imagine what the issue is.

There was someone who was sure they had all of the Quiz Packs, but when they posted the screenshots, they were unknowingly missing Quiz Pack #4. If you could post screenshots, it would still be helpful. Like if you could upload them to Imgur and then post those links, or something similar.
