co op Wheels minigame

So in the equinox trailer i saw a few seconds of the wheels minigame being shown as part of the co op section. does this mean that I could play it against my friends with this new update? and if so How would i do that

Going to any Wheels Table has brought up a "versus" button in addition to the usual casual/champion selection. So I assume if you've got co-op enabled, you'll be able to play against your friend.
