Artful Gambit combined with other relics? (NG+)
Planning to do a NG+ run with Artful Gambit on bosses to get the achievement.

Does anyone know if activating other relics on top of that to make things go a bit faster and smoother voids the achievement status?

Nope. It'll count no matter how many you stack up. Just note that not all "boss" fights count as bosses. A bunch like the first Rockie, Aventry and the Acolytes don't count, so #10 is actually Leaf Monster.
