Food ingredients regrowth?

How much time does It take to, for example, Mirth's food to regrow? Is there any way to make it grow faster like sleeping or something?

I'm constantly out of money and so I sell ingredients but then I'm out of food

I’m not 100% sure but I think it resets on load, so saving and reloading or resting at a campfire would probably do it. Stuff seems to regrow at the same reset that causes enemies to respawn, and I’m fairly confident that is what triggers respawns. I’d have to check, but it could be possible that food items don’t reset for the specific area you load in to, so if reloading in Mirth doesn’t do it you could try reloading at the crypt and then go and check Mirth.

From my experience it's dependent on how many new zones you load. So if you go from Mirth to like 3 other islands, then go back to Mirth, it'll probably be regrown.

Resting and reloading does not make crops regrow. Reloading will reset monsters, though, if you want to grind that way.

Just go to 2 different areas. For example, go to Settler's Pond and then the Ancient Crypt, then back to Mirth, the crops will be regrown.
