Unfortunately not. You just gotta go through them all cooking and eating until you've got them all. Thankfully by end game you've got plenty of spare ingredients in order to do it.

Yeah when I tried to get the achievement I ended up just cooking everything on the list until I get it.
You get tons of ingredients, though. Just go back and forth between Mirth's fields + fishing house and the Clockwork Castle's garden and you'll have more ingredients than ever, except for Meat and Bones. And you can find those scattered in Cerulean Expanse. You can also sell the spare ingredients and buy them in stores.
