Did the Mirth Champion Wheels fight even get tested?
What is this "pure luck, no strategy" ♥♥♥♥?

Took me a few tries, annoying for sure but yeah, just gotta get the good RNG and go damage damage damage

Knight on left, archer on right, one-shot this. It's definitely more strategy than luck, but that's not to say there's NO rng involved.

I beat that one first try with a Mage and something else that was there but I didn't focus on.

I found that a lot of these were not hard (the final three champions I one shot), when I just bull rushed them with Mage.

Wheels is legitimately the worst designed minigame in any RPG I have ever played. So no big surprise the Mirth was is extra ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

That's the one with the Rogue and Priest at the same time, yeah?

You need to go full aggro to win, it's hard and you need SOME luck, but it's doable.

Just pumping mage got me all the way to the final wheel championship never lost.

I don't know what the town of Mirth is, however the wheels game in the under water city is next to impossible. I have tried over 50 times at this point.
Some things to take note (not just for the Mirth opponent but in general)

- Figurine upgrade counters/'sparks' do not carry over to the next upgrade level. If your silver knight is at 5 out of 6 upgrades, there's no point adding more than 1 upgrade counter during your turn. Same rule applies when your figurine is already at gold.

- There's no point building walls against the Mirth opponent since the assassin totally ignores it.

- If your opponent has a priest/healer and you don't, then you must resort to winning as early as possible.

Mage is always the best figure imo.

Most of the champions I took down with the mage/knight combo and rushing them down. It's a super strong combo, gotta chain attack the Mirth champion before he levels up his figurines.

But I'd say the strongest combo is indeed healer + thief that he's using, that's what I used vs Watchmaker.

Mage and Priest it's the best combo for me, while mage guarantees to hit enemy core every single time while lowering their wall, Priest heals you and allows Mage to attack even sooner.

After several losses I tried this strat and won in like... 5 turns. I hate everything.

The hardest champion for me was the second-to last, the one you have to buy a board for.
Other than that I just went knight/mage every single other champion. All of them went down in one go except the second-to last and another one. (not the last one ironically)
