Hook of Time, where?!
I have finished the main story, not the true ending. I cannot find the Hook of Time anywhere.
Garl has died twice now I never did talk to him twice in Mirth. How do I find it now? It is holding me back! HELP me please lol <3

You can't get the Hook of Time without doing the True Ending path. You have to do the Rune Circle in the Moorlands first.

I don't really know what you mean by dead dead. Garl shouldn't die once you bring him back in the Moorlands.

You have to do all the requirements for the stone circle in Moorlands, then interact with it. Afterwards you’ll have the option to speak to Garl at a campsite, and they will reveal that they were given the Hook of Time.

Did you start a new save?

I believe you’re supposed to reload the original and backtrack to do the true ending stuff.
