59/60 Rainbow Conchs. Last one in Brisk CANNOT FIND IT

I have been stuck on 59/60 Rainbow Conchs for quite some time now. Last one is in Port Town of Brisk. I have checked and checked all the main spots. I cannot find it. Did I mess up and not get one before the rebuild? Please. Help me. !!!!

No, there is a hidden room behind the colosseum north of the town

EDIT: that's behind the room you're talking about if I remember correctly

This one was hard to find. Before the town gets destroyed you have to do a block puzzle to reach this hidden room.

After the town gets destroyed, the bridge at the northern most part leading to the colosseum will also be destroyed. You will see a man looking off to the distance all the way at the top of the map. Hug the rubble to the right of him and move south to find the hidden room.
