SOLVED PROBLEMS WITH SAVE FILE

1. visit your save files folder: "%USERPROFILE% \AppData\LocalLow\Sabotage Studio\Sea of Stars\" if you're on windows
2. backup the save slot that you've been using to a different folder
- "SOS_SaveSlot0.sos" is save slot one
3. start the game and create a save file on the slot you're missing (I started a new game and saved on the first save point on the first save slot)
4. close the game
5. get your backed up save file and overwrite the new one you created
6. start the game and load your save file.

it appears that only the save file index got corrupted, not the save file itself.
