What to do in Stillwater island

I just finished the true ending of the game and the only island where I'm missing a treasure is Stillwater Island.
I can't understand what I need to do there, anyone knows? Thanks

If you got Garl back in yout team already, go camp anywhere, talk to him, then just go there and "fish" the stone in the water, your lure need to fall on top of it

Missed talking to Garl, thanks a lot!

It's kinda hard to know when characters have something to tell you in a camp, had the same thought with the Serai sidequest
