Queen that Was softlock.
Ok, so I broke down and looked up the correct directions.. the trouble is that the area with the speedball is not accessible, as in it never appears and the last step EAST just takes me back outside, like normal.. To my knowledge I have done everthing else that should cause this quest to be able to be finished (I got the artifact, read the story talked to ninja girl who told me about this "queen") but for me this screen seems to just not exist. The speedball you're supposed to find that leads to her lair/area. Suggestions or anything?

Are you sure you got the directions right? they're top right, bottom right, top right, middle right.
If you know the way, you can reach the room as soon as you can access the area, and you can fight the boss as soon as the speedball is online, so I doubt there are any scripts in the game that can change the room transition.
