Coffin in Flooded Graveyard
There is a coffin in the flooded graveyard area. Basically in the southwest corner there's an entrance into a little room with a coffin and it asks for a key item to use but I don't have it.

Is this something you get much later on or something?

Yep. Part of the quest for one of the endgame bosses.
