Where do find the ultimate weapons and armors for each character?

The optional side quests for each character eventually lead to the best gear. Serai's quest gives her the best daggers, solstice shrine quest line gives the best weapons/armor for Zale/Val, etc...

weapon = do all solstice shrine then enter cave below elder mist trial
armor = one of solstice shrine reward and another after doing romaya secret dungeon

activate moorland 7 stone after beating the game once

Serai weapon
beating her side quest boss in labyrinth beside her hometown

Reshan weapon
sunken dosarri ruins

Serai and Reshan armor (they use same type)
Repine weapon shop locked door,

Bst armor (it didnt have weapon)
beating special arena boss

Is there second Cosmic Cape for Serai and Resh'an?

For B’st, his fists get upgraded as you level up and he gets his best one “Perfect Glass fists” when you reach Lv 30.
