Fast-forward Icon
Does anyone know the meaning of the "fast-forward" icon next to the turn countdown on enemies?

Some enemies act after every action, i.e. they always reset to (1).

So far, it only seems that they are generally vulnerable to disruption type attacks, like Serai's kick that adds an effective round to their counter. I also noticed that most enemies that have these either change their former attack pattern (e.g. the skeleton nights when they drop the shield and two hand their longsword) or have very odd patterns in general (e.g. gulgul), but since I am not that far in the game, I am uncertain if that's a coincidence or not.

So far, the only constant seems to be that they are vulnerable to disruption attacks, and I THINK they always go first when multiple creatures hit zero on their counter simultaneously.

I couldn't find anything in the "how to play" section of the game pertaining to that, so otherwise, your guess is as good as mine.

Oh, makes sense. Didn't realise that, I guess the rest was coincidence then xD

Thanks! That makes a lot of sense :)
