Can I run this with a i5-7300hq MX150 8GB ram laptop?
I don't mind running on low settings and windowed mode if that helps.

So pretty much on the spot. You "should" likely be okay to play it. Just try lowering the settings.

i doubt that cpu is actually required, my cpu is older (than 4000 series), even if overclocked, and I can run modern AAA games with all the settings maxed (ignoring bad settings that waste performance for little to no gain).

the gpu might be an issue more than anything, but I dont think you need much to run 2d games or 2.5 games unless they are coded badly, so to speak
