It reminds me more of BoF3 than BoF4. The world map and the fishing mini game are like straight out BoF3. Even the character sprites are similar.

I think they specifically claim it's a Chrono Trigger inspiration. The free looking traversal and attack timing also gives me Super Mario RPG vibes. Looks to me like a cross between those two - and that's a VERY good thing.
