Is there a way to quickly UV-unwrap complex models?
Hello!

Right now I only know how to unwrap a model by manualy clicking on a tile and adjusting its UV coordinates by dragging it with a mouse.

Is there a faster or automatic way to unwrap a model? Something similiar to 'Quick Unwrap' in Blender? I would be thankful for any kind of tips, tricks, and resources. Thank you!

There's isn't any automatic way to unwrap at the moment, but maybe in the future. There are a couple videos that explain how to work with UVs:

Flattening UVs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3C0QLDxLJis
Rotating,Connecting,Aligning UVs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PIY1xb9sa6g

Thank you :) I have watched these videos.

Nevertheless, would be cool to see such function in the future, if there is space and time for it!

Have a great day!

Thanks, yeah- I want to implement it. It's just a matter of time and managing which things get worked on first. Hopefully I'll get to it sooner rather than later, but there's are many things that need to be worked on; some more or less difficult than others. So it's difficult to say when it will be.
Anyways, have a great day too!

I fully understand! I do not wish to create additional stress. In any project there must be priorities!

And besides, I really love Crocotile for its limitations. It gives me so much room to find my own solutions and that makes me happy!

But I want to ask another question without creating an additional thread... How do you switch program focus from one window to another? For example, from the "Tileset, UV, Painting" window to the "Working/Geometry Window"? I ask Because I use copy-paste and transformation options quiet frequently. Now I have to mouse-click to switch focus and enable copy-paste and only then I can apply transofrmation.

Thank you!
