Full vs Partial Cleaning

For example, cleaning 506 which is a full cleaning.. in our handmaiden book says I'm supposed to vacuum etc... where do I get that? Also, for a full cleaning, does that mean I'm safe to throw away EVERYTHING in the room? Like the left behind shoe/magazine/card? I wish there was some kind of notifier that we have completed the rooms to standard.

dont think there is any "progression" with the cleaning parts. Feels like its completely optional. Its impossible to do a Full clean without the Vacuum,and you cant even change the towels in the "non puzzle" rooms.

if towels are folded on the towel rack, that means they are clean

I am not sure whether it actually has an influence on the end of the game. At the end of the game, I was told I did a good job with cleaning the rooms, I am not sure whether that conversation would go the same way if I hadn't cleaned everything. I'll probably do another playthrough for achievements and a different ending, and cleaning won't be a priority.

Full clean actually means that you can safely trash everything in the room because the guest has left, and you MUST clean everything in that room (506, 508) for the achievements related to being a good maid.
