Safe code for 509?

Has anyone found the safe code for room 509? I feel like I've searched everywhere but I must be missing something.

In the laundry room, there was a piece of paper in a laundry bucket with the 2nd half of the safe code for room 509.

After opening the fuse box in Eugene's janitor closet, there is a piece of paper attached to the fuse box that has the other half of the safe code.

If you've already passed the point of being able to go to the laundry room then the safe code is:

23-42-16
