Hey SKY-HAGE,

Thank you for contacting us regarding the E015-7 error and not being able to crossplay with your Nintendo Switch.

So we can ensure you have the best connection, can you please follow the steps in the article below, and reach out to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to open your NAT?

Troubleshooting Network Connectivity [team17.helpshift.com]

If you are still experiencing connection issues after performing the steps in the article provided above and opening your NAT, can you please tell us the following information:
  • What country are you currently living in?
  • Steam Download Region (Steam Settings, Downloads)
  • What is your internet speed? You can find this here: https://www.speedtest.net/
  • Are you using a VPN?
  • What is your NAT set to?
Also, in your Switch please synchronize your time and date to see if this helps:
  1. From the HOME Menu on your Switch, select System Settings.
  2. Scroll down the options on the left and select System.
  3. On the right-hand side of the screen, select Date and Time.
If prompted, enter your Parental Controls PIN.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hello SKY-HAGE,

Thank you for the update. To solve this, try using a mobile hotspot to see if the issue persists with a different connection. Here’s how you can do that:

  1. Disconnect your mobile device from any Wi-Fi network.
  2. Enable the hotspot feature on your mobile.
  3. Connect your console to the mobile hotspot and attempt to load the game.

This is just a temporary workaround, but it will help us determine if there’s something on your current connection that may be causing the issue.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your response!
