Hello, Garlic Lesbian | TTV

We just moved your post to the "Report a Problem" forum where we will be taking care of this situation.

So, thank you for letting us know this situation while you tried to play with your friend. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

Before providing any troubleshoot steps, we would like to know the platform where you play it and if only happens when you party up with your friends.

In the meantime, please make sure your cross-play option is enabled. Also, try to connect to a different router/network and check if the connection is stable during partying.

We will be around, please keep us updated.

Regards,
Team17 Support

Hiii thank you for getting back to me and respect you had to move the post, so yeah I played on stream(pc) and my friends were all also playing on pc, last year me and the same group of friends played together and i was on my ps5 and I didn’t have that many issues with disconnecting which was why I was so confused 🫤 and if I play solo it’s fine just when I’m playing with friends , yeah also cross play was turned on and my internet was working fine,

Appreciate the help and hope to hear back!!

Hi there,

So we can ensure you have the best connection, can you please follow the steps in this article[team17.helpshift.com], and reach out to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to open your NAT?

If you are still experiencing connection issues after performing the steps in the article provided above and opening your NAT, can you please tell us the following information:
  • What country are you currently living in?
  • Steam Download Region (Steam Settings, Downloads)
  • What is your internet speed? Internet Speed Test[www.speedtest.net]
  • Are you using a VPN?
We look forward to hearing back from you.

Regards,
Team17 Support

Hey there,

Thank you for sharing that information with us.

Have you tried changing who the host is and if so, does the issue still occur with different hosts?
If you receive any error messages can you please share a screenshot of these with us?

To take a screenshot, please make sure, that you have Steam Overlay enabled in your game
  1. Go to Steam -> Settings.
  2. Click the In-Game tab.
  3. Check "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game"
  4. Go to Library.
  5. Right-click on the game title and select Properties.
  6. Under the General tab also make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is checked.
In the game, press F12 to take a screenshot. Then press Shift+Tab to bring up the Steam overlay, and Upload your screenshot, make it public. Then simply include the URL of your screenshot on the forum (it should look something like "http...sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=...")

Get back to us when you can.

Regards,
