Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the controller. Let's try the below to see if it helps at all:

Mind you, and this is VERY important: I have NO issue whatsoever launching and loading any other game or using my controller in Any other game (this includes overcooked 2 as the base game). My problems in other games ONLY starts after i have tried to run overcooked, and if i dont reboot after, if I reboot my machina functions flawlessly until the moment I run Overcooked all you can eat.
And again, the game seemed to work fine just 2 weeks ago or something, now it seems to be broken beyond comprehension
Thanks for your reply.

This should be it :) and thanks for the help! It seems i am able to start a game and load using the keyboard now, i have succesfully once or twice been able to use two controllers, but for the most part the controllers dont work, and it seems to be totally random. For now im stuck playing overcooked two which works fine. Im not totally dismissive that it might be an issue with my system, it just puzzles med that Overcooked: all you can eat, seems to be the game which just wont work as intended.
Thank you for sharing that with us.
Do you have the sonic studio software installed? If so, this has been known to cause issues with some games, can you please uninstall and test?
