Timer starts on tutorial levels?

As far as i remember, this was an intended strat for OC2 4th star, where the timer wouldn't start on tutorial levels until you delivered the first successful order, however that's removed on AYCE

This seems to happen only on NG+, which means that for a fresh file the time would stop normally, with NG+ it doesn't

Ok, no big deal, the star point requierement seems to have been reworked for overcooked 2 (so far) and i have not had any trouble

Although this is an OC1 lvl, which doesn't have a 4th star on the original game, it feels impossible to get this, i can't get over 600p and it's asking me for 800? wut?

So i'm concerned. Is the time supposed to stop in order for you to make the 4th star? or is it somehow possible?

I'm glad i'm getting a challenge on these 4th stars, keeps me entertained like how on OC1 6-1 It made me extremely creative with the lvl design, but this just seems... Impossible, straight up
