Can you please try uninstalling the Voicemod Virtual Audio Device you have installed? Occasionally this software has been known to cause problems with certain titles. To do this:
- Open the start menu from Windows
- Go to Settings
- Select Apps
- And search Voicemod
- Then select Voicemod and click on Uninstall
- After that, you'll have to accept that Voicemod can make changes to your computer to finish the process
- Finally, you'll be asked if you want to remove all settings - please select Yes
Then please retest the game and see if the issue persists. We can also see that you have Armoury Crate installed on your system - this has also been known to conflict with certain titles - we would recommend uninstalling this also. You can find steps on how to do this on the official ASUS website over here[rog.asus.com].
After performing these steps, please do let us know how you get on and if the issue persists, we can investigate further.

Can you please confirm if you have any extra peripherals plugged in when this occurs other than your keyboard and mouse - this could be a controller, a joystick, a racing wheel or pedal etc. If so can you please make sure to unplug these and retest to see if the issue persists?
Can you please also follow the steps in the link to perform a clean boot?[team17.helpshift.com]
A clean boot is being used to start your Windows device using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs.
Once this is done please launch the game to see if the issue still continues.
