Its a little disappointing to spend money on a game to play online with your friends and then you cant.
Everyone is running the latest graphics updates, cards and processors. 2 players works as intended, 3 players occasional disconnect and 4 players just completely disconnects and you cant even play the game aside from the first tutorial level.
PLEASE FIX THIS.
We're sorry to hear you're having this issue also.
Can you please confirm for us what country you're all in?
Are you all playing on the same platform or different platforms?
Get back to us when you can.

We are all US players on PC using Steam.
There is a total of 5 of us and we all have tried different combinations between us players in a 4 player lobby and get the same result each time.
Thanks for getting back to us.
Can you please confirm you and your party have tried the steps in the article provided above and the issue still persists?
If so can you please also confirm the following information:
- Steam Download Region (Steam Settings, Downloads)
- What is your internet speed? You can find this here: https://www.speedtest.net/
- Are you using a VPN?
- What is your NAT set to? (It would be really helpful if we could also know the people you are attempting to play with NAT types)
Thanks in advance for any further information you can provide - get back to us when you can.Regards,

Each of us internet speed is from 200mb to 1gb.
Neither of us are using a VPN and as far as NAT settings, we arent technical people so it would all be default by our ISP or what ever our computers set it to. Is there a specific NAT setting you suggest we use?
Thank you for your reply.
Can you please share a screenshot of that message as the disconnected message would still be an error message.
To take a screenshot, please make sure, that you have Steam Overlay enabled in your game
- Go to Steam -> Settings.
- Click the In-Game tab.
- Check "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game"
- Go to Library.
- Right-click on the game title and select Properties.
- Under the General tab also make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is checked.
In the game, press F12 to take a screenshot. Then press Shift+Tab to bring up the Steam overlay, and Upload your screenshot, make it public. Then simply include the URL of your screenshot on the forum (it should look something like "http...sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=...")You can contact your ISP for more information on your NAT type, information on whether this is strict, moderate or open and whether any of you have a double NAT would be really helpful.
Do any of you use a custom DNS at all or any such settings?
Can you please all try all of the steps in the article we posted above here[team17.helpshift.com]incase any of these help.
Get back to us when you can!
