Error E015-7 IN 2022
It is impossible to play the game at 4, we have each time the error E015-7 at the end of the tutorial

it's a shame to still have this error, however known for a long time

In different subjects you propose (the developers) to follow the following steps:

Troubleshooting Network Connectivity
Clear download cache
Flush your DNS Cache[www.whatsmydns.net]

it's totally useless !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

your game is not working and you are not doing anything to change that

Some alpha game works better than yours

Do you finally plan to release a fix?

Sorry to hear you're having this issue.

Please try verifying your game files:
  1. Right-click the game in your library
  2. Go to 'Properties'
  3. Go to the local files tab
  4. Click 'Verify integrity of game files...'
Can you please also attempt the tutorial in singleplayer and then see whether the rest of the levels work correctly when playing multiplayer?

If the issue persists, can you please ensure your NAT (Network Address Translation) is set to Open or Moderate? You will need to contact your ISP or router manufacturer for information on how to perform these steps.

If you are still experiencing connection issues after performing the steps in the links above and opening your NAT. Can you please tell us the following information?
  1. What country are you currently living in?
  2. Steam Download Region (Steam Settings, Downloads)
  3. What is your internet speed? Internet Speed Test[www.speedtest.net]
  4. Are you using a VPN?
  5. What is your NAT set to?
Please also make sure to check that no anti-virus, firewall or windows defender programs are blocking the game at all and add exceptions where needed.

This is not working. This game has been release for 2 years and I'm getting the E015-7 disconnection error when trying to play online with friends!!

Can you please tell us what region you are all playing in?
What is your internet up/down speeds and ping (for all players)
Are any of you using a VPN?
What are all of your NAT types set to? (You may need to do an online search or contact your ISP for this)

So we can ensure you have the best connection, please follow the steps in the links below, and reach out to your ISP to open your NAT.

Same issue here. And on reddit LOADS of people have this problem. Stop pretending like this is somehow our fault.

Europe, 1gbit symmetrical, no vpn.

One gig symmetrical, no VPN, open NAT, enabled port forwarding on my router for two computers, and we still can't play together. Both with a Steam copy.

Please fix this. This is incredibly annoying. Just bought this to play with multiple people and we can't play it even after countless internet "fixes" and router changes, restarts of games and consoles/computers, etc.

This is tiring. I have better luck with almost any other multiplayer game. You guys know this is an issue - what are you doing to fix it?

Me and my 2 friends all are having the same issue. I tried all of the recommended steps you posted in this thread Team17, and still cannot play a single level other than the tutorial together. Isn't this game like, 2 years old?

this has been a recurrent issue since 2021, even on CONSOLE, and now on pc and there hasn't been any fix as of yet?

Today we bought 3 copies of this game. We bought the Nintendo switch online so we can play. But we keep getting this error E015-7. We try to play Steam and switch together.
!!!! NAT open, 1Gb connection, Europe !!!!
