Please try verifying your game files:
- Right-click the game in your library
- Go to 'Properties'
- Go to the local files tab
- Click 'Verify integrity of game files...'
Can you please also attempt the tutorial in singleplayer and then see whether the rest of the levels work correctly when playing multiplayer?If the issue persists, can you please ensure your NAT (Network Address Translation) is set to Open or Moderate? You will need to contact your ISP or router manufacturer for information on how to perform these steps.
If you are still experiencing connection issues after performing the steps in the links above and opening your NAT. Can you please tell us the following information?
- What country are you currently living in?
- Steam Download Region (Steam Settings, Downloads)
- What is your internet speed? Internet Speed Test[www.speedtest.net]
- Are you using a VPN?
- What is your NAT set to?

What is your internet up/down speeds and ping (for all players)
Are any of you using a VPN?
What are all of your NAT types set to? (You may need to do an online search or contact your ISP for this)

Europe, 1gbit symmetrical, no vpn.

Does it occur on certain DLC's only or any online games you try to play?

Please fix this. This is incredibly annoying. Just bought this to play with multiple people and we can't play it even after countless internet "fixes" and router changes, restarts of games and consoles/computers, etc.
This is tiring. I have better luck with almost any other multiplayer game. You guys know this is an issue - what are you doing to fix it?
Could you please confirm if you're experiencing the E015-7 error message or whether it's a different code/message?

Today we bought 3 copies of this game. We bought the Nintendo switch online so we can play. But we keep getting this error E015-7. We try to play Steam and switch together.
