Sorry to hear that this is happening - can you please confirm the location (country) of all players in the party and what devices they are using? (Steam, Switch, etc.)
Regards,
Team17 Support
Thanks.
Same problem here. Online Multiplayer doesn't work. I'm from Brazil and my friends too. I can't play online or remote play together. The game doesn't work even uninstaling and reinstaling and validating the game. I bought overcooked 1, 2 and all u can eat is the only game doesn't working.
We have passed this information for our developers to investigate further to see if there is something on our side that might be causing it - in the meantime, please do share any relevant updates that might help to identify a solution.

Al principio, cuando compramos el juego si fue posible jugar de este modo, pero creo que luego de la ultima actualización ya fue imposible.
Sorry to hear you're also having this issue.
Can you please also confirm the location (country) of all players in the party?
Get back to us when you can.

Team17 Support
Vivimos en Chile, si necesitan mas detalles quedo atento ;)
Thanks for confirming that for us.
We've passed this across to the team for further investigation.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause in the meantime.

Sorry to hear that this is happening - would it be possible to see your system information so that we can try to help? To do this:
- Hold down the Windows Key and press R, the Run dialogue should appear > Type dxdiag in the available text field > Click OK
- Click Save All Information > Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find
- Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as http://justpaste.it, http://textuploader.com or http://freetexthost.com
- Copy the link to your post
Regards,Team17 Support
I had followed the instruction to extract my system information using justpaste.it and the link attached as below for your checking:
