UI Scaling

I appreciate the updated UI, specifically in Overcooked 1, but it has also made the UI elements significantly smaller in relation to the screen. This may be less of a problem on a computer monitor, but on a projector screen it is kinda difficult to quickly glance at the orders (especially the ingredients) and sometimes difficult to spot the icons on processed food stuffs.
I am a veteran of both Overcooked games, having done 4 stars two times on each game, so I am very familiar with the icons, but the small size is still somewhat of a problem for me and it's worse for people who are new to the game and easily overwhelmed with what is going on onscreen already and now also have to squint to see the icons.

I have not found an option to increase the UI size in the game menus, only the font size, which I hoped would affect the UI size.
If there is no option, does anyone know of a mod or similar to help this issue?
