If anyone still plays this, Was combat fixed? Reading old reviews that say the controls are horrid

Why does a game published by deep silver and released in 2021 look like worse version of a torchlight? GL with making yo money back developers. I hope this was a one man team.

Sometimes I just can't give people a weapon when you're able to award weapons after defeating a boss. Most specifically, I've never been able to give anyone the big mace or the big axe. Ever. Its always grey for all 8 warriors. How does this mechanic work? The game gives you absolutely zero feedback on why you can't award a weapon to someone. I thought maybe it had to do with stats initially, but even having someone with a heaping ton of vigor and strength didn't make a difference. I thought maybe it was...

So, with Deep Silver as publisher you can expect the game to be overpriced for its content and to be pushed out months to early. Was interested until I saw the price and publisher. But could be a nice little game for a 66% off sale in 6 months.
