How to change game language?

There's no way to change localization in the game settings, so I assume the game uses OS or Steam language. Is there any way to force the game to use other language?

Sorry for posting in an old topic, but I had the same issue and thought I might as well post about it in case anyone else does in the future! :) The language option is in the in-game Options under Gameplay section (I couldn't find it at first too).

The "gameplay" section is not visible in the options menu when accessing it with ESC, only in the "full screen options" when leaving an active game session. You have watch the intro sequence and then exit out of the tutorial to access it.
