Warzone 2100 Map/Mod Location (Windows)
1. Open up a File Explorer window and add the following line to the address bar:

%appdata%\Warzone 2100 Project

2. Navigate into whichever version you are running and install maps/mods/etc. as usual.

3. *PROFIT!!!*
