PS retail available on Resurrection sites, demo track can be found as part of PAL demo disk image on archive org... hmm... probably as redump set. Or torrents - cue+bin+bin image, where second bin = .cda.
as always, redump not 100% accurate. And better find - some unique demo content for some other Playstation games, incl Eidos titles (some Eidos promo releases) - differ PAL magazines CDs or better NTSC OPM. 16-19 - on of them. Track itself

P.S. It looks like PAL and NTSC release versions are very differ. In general PAL probably better, but MULTI missed one of two Tutorial. I guess it didn't happen for FR and DEU release cause them not MULTI.
It would most likely be expedient to track down his current employment and request a contact via them rather than shooting in the dark at what seems to be multiple dead facebooks and assorted accounts lol
