On top you can do whatever you feel foe in scenarios or even modding stuff your own way.
Like endless content...
I can either play east or west and both campaigns are only 6 scenarios each. Thats right?
I would go 1939 europe map for the full conflict in one go OR seperate east/west campaign for specific one by one front warfare on each said date and map. Its all up to you but both cover the full war happenings
Yes, that is what the campaign is about. The campaign is a series of linked scenarios, where if you play as Germany, start in Poland in 1939, and scenario after scenario, you get more core units slots, etc
The campaign in Hex of Steel works 1:1 as the one from Panzer Corps 1, if you are familiar with the game
I would also suggest getting the demo if you are worry about the 2h limit for the refund policy
The campaign has over 100 scenarios (for all countries combined)
And no, campaigns aren't 6 scenarios each
What you see in the campaign menu are starting points, with many more scenarios in between each
They simply are key dates during the war, just like in Panzer Corps 1
However, if you go East at some point, then no, you cannot be fighting both in the East and in the West at the same time, this is not possible
So, you will have to choose at some point if you want to fight in Russia, or in Africa and continue to Italy etc
I have clocked 1200 hours in Panzer Corps and 4300 in Panzer Corps 2 , so let see how many will add up here.
Have fun!
If you don't want to play Sea Lion, you still have to pick it, but you can surrender/forfeit at the very beginning of the scenario and you will have the choice to move to Yugoslavia after that, which then will lead you to Greece and then Eastern Front
