Because Halo used to never have paid cosmetics...it was all unlocked in game..until the 343 nation attacked.

instead you paid multiple times over
you paid for the base game
then xbl gold
then map packs
then bungie pro if you wanted more than 6 fileshare slots

To those trying to defend this games paid cosmetics. They main problem is that virtually all cosmetics are locked behind a pay wall. You gotta get the seasons to unlock em. Only maybe 5 are free. They don't give you an option to unlock em otherwise. Even OW is getting better at it. 3poor3 is just behind. Or maybe they don't plan on it. Either way. I don't care. Games fine here and there

I feel like no one cares about shop update posts. I haven't read a single positive comment.

Yeah its dumb on those games too. halo 1-reach had free cosmetics. idk about 4 didnt play it till i got mcc
