is there any reason the delta arena playlist should not be a permanent mode? it seems like a considerable amount of effort was put into the various modes, to the point where it would feel dumb to not keep the modes permanently in multiplayer game select.

the rounds ive played through in this gametype have been the most genuine and engaging experiences ive played through with a halo game, in what feels like forever. devs pls keep it in rotation

Ske7ch mentioned on Thursday last week during the playdate that they were working to make it permanent

I played my first round last night and had an absolute blast. It brought back tons of memories. My muscle memory kicked in and I dominated, came in second place even though I came in late. I hope this mode is permanent and also hope we get some legacy maps like beaver creek.

beaver creek is in the playlist, with any playlist you can either look at the game modes or maps list and itll show you whats in the rotation

I'll have to check the list. Really missing the oldie's like Longest, blood gulch/coagulation, Sidewinder, Lockout etc.

Lockout is in matchmaking too. Actually there's a banished-themed version and overgrown version too. As for blood gulch and longest, they arent in matchmaking but there are decent remakes accessible in custom games/browser. There are remakes of sidewinder also but I dont know if I've seen a particularly good one lol

Haha. Im not a total jerk. And I know the game's UI is a disaster so I figure out what I can and am happy to share the tips

great playlist. it's the only one i play now. teamates are potatoes though.
They should really fix the balancing issue. Tired of having the best stats every game and still getting blown out.

Just happened to me haha. Carried the hell out of my team with Oddball. I don't think they understood the objective until it was too late. I even had the most kills and ball holder kills. Oh well, next game will be more balanced... maybe? haha Despite me carrying them, we barely lost. I had some deaths that shouldn't of happened and kills that should also have happened.
