Idling bans from infinite loading

I've had a couple games with my buddy where we get stuck in an infinite loading screen with the whole team, then eventually the enemy team all leaves, we get a victory then once the match ends we get "temporarily suspended for idling". Is this happening to anyone else?

Sometimes the match takes 10 minutes to load because some clown has a 20 year old HDD that takes too long, the game waits for EVERY player to be ready before starting so if you're waiting for more than a couple minutes, just leave the game if you're in map spectator or the loading screen then just alt f4. I got banned for a month for these exact reasons
